In the competition, organized in cooperation with the Association of Polish Architects, we promote energy-saving THERMOHOUSE solutions for housing construction, as well as the possibilities offered by the use of white cement in the structural elements of buildings and in small architecture. We show that the increasingly common green roofs match perfectly with a wide range of CEMEX garden aggregates, and DECO Stone decorative concretes can replace traditional surfaces used on bicycle paths, squares and squares.
CEMEX Polska provides young architects with knowledge and tools to inspire creative construction solutions. The aim of the competition is to select talents among students of architecture faculties and to educate the construction community in the field of urban planning and spatial order. Competition tasks can be prepared in one of three categories: "House for young people - the dream of the young generation", Housing Estate XXI" and "Concept of revitalization of the area around Fort Mokotów".
"We Promote Polish Architecture" is the title of the second edition of the competition for young architects, which started in May this year and will last until April 2015. The jury of the competition consists of outstanding Polish architects with recognized creative achievements supported by representatives of leading construction brands, including CEMEX Polska, as well as representatives of the editorial office and program board of the influential monthly magazine "Builder".
